Under instruction with the Head of Facilities Services, proactively work with the FMD team to
improve workflow processes and optimise service delivery requirements.
Gather and compile pertinent service delivery (catering, furniture, space management, janitorial,
photocopier, mail distribution, reprography, pest control, rent & utilities) data for the compilation of
analysis reports examining the service levels and service workflows to determine throughput
constraints, bottlenecks and issues – and advise / detail improvement and enhancement
Work with the Head of Facilities Services to enhance and optimise the reporting requirements for
Assist with FMD Service Provider management requirements including service delivery improvements, QA opportunities, resource optimisation and TCO reduction.
Presentations, Meetings & Report Compilation: 20%
Assist with the preparation and compilation of reports and presentations.
Prepare performance briefing papers before discussions and/or meetings, as requested by the Head
of Facilities Services.
Coordinate meetings and workshops as directed.
Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: 20%
§ Proactive efforts demonstrated in sharing and disseminating current general services areas of interest, topics and best practices.
§ Active mentoring and support for the FMD staff.
Work with the Head of Facilities Services to identify FMD service constraints, issues and challenges and where required, take a lead on developing joint problem solving workshops, Value Management workshops or direct contribution to improving and enhancing the current state FMD service supply chain.
