ROLE DESCRIPTION Due to continued growth continually diversifying our product offering, we are one of the category leaders in the frozen meals space supplying high quality products. With a significant capital program over the coming year this is an exciting time to be delivering state of the art equipment and manage capital projects. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Project Engineer who will be a key team member for the development and execution of capital projects. The Role Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Projects you will be responsible for: • Developing and executing a range of capital projects with responsibility for scope, budget, timeline, equipment selection & implementation; • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of the various project stakeholders; • Develop, Champion and drive technical execution best practice across the sites; • Adhere to all safety, quality and environmental compliance requirements through all stages of the project; • Provide clear, accurate and timely delivery of project scopes. As the Project Engineer you'll work on a range of projects at a given time. You’ll work on Projects under the supervision of a Project Manager. You will build strong relationships with our Brisbane and Perth based site teams to build an in depth understanding of site goals, and ensure that projects adhere to all metrics such as costs and schedules, safety, quality and operational requirements. To be successful you will have: In order to be successful in this role, the following core skills and competencies are required: • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Degree or Diploma) • At least 5 years' experience in a project role, preferably in a manufacturing facility • Relevant engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, mechatronic) • Strong experience within a food and beverage manufacturing environment • Experience delivering capital projects within a production plant • Stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Ability to build relationships across a business, shop floor to site leadership The Offer… This is a rare opportunity within the current market and will give you exposure to a world class organisation and can offer a fantastic career path for you. • Permanent position • Competitive salary package with the support of experienced professionals. • On-site parking
