OPEN PIT GEOLOGY SUPERINTENDENT
The Open Pit Geology Superintendent is responsible for - management, supervision and planning of open pit grade control and ore extraction activities; maximising ore recovery; reconciliation of ore mined to ore control, reserve estimates and declared ore mined; capture and interpretation of all open pit geological data; definition of additional open pit ore reserves; and timely routine reporting. Achieving annual budget and forecast ore production targets is a key KPI for this position.
Senior Minex Geologist
The Senior Minex Geologist will be responsible for managing diamond core and RC drilling activities in support of Goldstrike near-mine exploration activities (minex).
Senior Ore Control Geologist
will generate monthly mine production and ore reconciliation reports; generate and communicate the stockpile management plan; refine assay sample collection and ore routing criteria; work with corporate engineering groups and consultants; regularly evaluate project value and sensitivity; perform field work and assessments; proactively communicate and intervene as issues arise on a daily basis; supervise Ore Control engineers and geologists; and perform other duties as assigned.
GEOLOGY DATA ADMINISTRATOR
The Geology Data Administrator is responsible for all data in and data out of the Geology department; guiding the Geology team to achieve best practices in all aspects of geological data generation from program design to collection in the field, through to final processing and data storage; introducing and maintaining data management systems and applications as part of the daily operation of the Geology department.
All roles will need to have as a minimum Tertiary Qualifications.
